For most of my life, strength meant showing up, pushing through, and handling whatever was in front of me.
I spent over three decades as a physical therapist—helping people recover from injury, pain, and physical limitations. I understood the body. I understood endurance. I understood how to keep going.
I also lived the endurance-athlete mindset—training, competing,
and learning how far grit and discipline could carry a person.
Then caregiving entered my life.
And everything I thought I knew about strength began to change.
I am husband, father, son and brother, friend, ultra athlete, triathlete and a Marked Man for Christ.
As a Marked Man for Christ, I co-create a world of brotherhood, healing, and purpose—By standing firm in God’s word, walking in humility, and speaking encouragement over those I come in contact with. (Acts 4:29). Through the way of Jesus, I invite others to experience hope, restoration, and Joy (John 14:6).
