For Caregivers, Leaders & Lifelong Learners
For Caregivers, Leaders & Lifelong Learners
Keynote speaker, ultra runner, triathlete, physical therapist, and certified life cocah who understands what it takes to endure—on the course and in life.
With over 30 years in healthcare and personal experience navigating the emotional terrain of caregiving, he brings a unique and powerful perspective on resilience, human connection, and the mindset it takes to keep showing up when life demands more than you ever expected.
In his signature keynote, he explores the profound overlap between multi-sport endurance events and the hidden ultra-marathon of caregiving. Just like a triathlon, caregiving calls for stamina across multiple dimensions—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It demands strategic transitions, constant recalibration, and the ability to keep moving forward even when you're exhausted.
Through the metaphor of the wetsuit—a protective layer worn by athletes, and symbolically by many of us through habits, roles, and expectations—he challenges audiences to consider what they may be holding onto that’s no longer helping them move forward. He invites listeners to shed those layers and rediscover the strength that comes from living with presence, purpose, and compassion.
